1. RETURN & EXCHANGE
 

Q: What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

Returns are limited to the below criteria only:

  (i)  Product Defect: Fill "Exchange & Returns" form. Claim must be submitted upon delivery. Claim will be reviewed, and Product must be verified as defected by a representative of the Company. Return approval will be sent by email.

  (ii)  Lost Shipment: All orders require signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for any lost parcels.

All exchanges are subject to availability of the new Product requested. Products may be exchanged only once.


It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange the same item for a different color or different item altogether. Customized (made to measure), pre-ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If any of the above cases mentioned apply, you may return or exchange the product(s) within seven (7) calendar days starting from the day of receipt of the product(s), by sending an email at orders@zuhairmurad.com .

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders can’t be cancelled after confirmation.

 

2. SHIPPING & TRACKING
 
Q: What is your shipping policy?

JOZEPH DIARBAKERLI offers complimentary express shipping for all orders. An order will take up to 48 hours to process before it is dispatched from the warehouse. Once the order is shipped, an email will be sent to the purchaser containing a tracking number.

Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes.

Delivery times communicated on JOZEPHDIARBAKERLI.com are estimates and are to be used as guides only. In any event, we will deliver your order within 8 to 10 working days after accepting your order.

Our carrier is DHL. For possible delivery restrictions, kindly consult DHL’s Terms & Conditions.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

JOZEPH DIARBAKERLI offers complimentary express shipping for all orders. Additional duties, and taxes related to the delivery country will be borne by the purchaser. We recommend contacting your local customs to determine the approximate fee prior to purchasing.
